This area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a
year and is considered by the WHO to be one
of the healthiest climates in the world and
ouses Spanish and Moorish culture and
history in the surrounding towns.
We are 25 mins from Alicante Airport and 45
mins from Murcia Airport. Driving to the
property you will pass orange and lemon
groves, and see grape vines and fig trees
growing in the fields nearby. The beautiful

Two is the first indication of the relaxing
and soothing area that you are about to
enjoy!
One Three Two is situated in
the mountains just outside the small market
town of Albatera on the Costa Blanca and
makes an ideal retreat for walking, cycling,
golfing or house hunting.
Albatera is a typical busy Spanish market
town with a selection of Bars and
Restaurants to suit all pockets with many
local fiestas throughout the year for which
the Spanish are famous. Families with
children of all ages eat and drink through
the evening and into the night in an
environment which feels perfectly safe.
The Spanish typically begin their evening
meal at about 9:30p.m and the children are
all very well behaved, as eating out is a
normal part of life for them. Many bars
provide Menu del Dia (daily lunchtime menu)
of typically Spanish food at very reasonable
prices from about 1p.m until 3:30p.m. which
includes a three course meal with wine.

A car is essential but for the non drivers
we can collect you from the airport and
provide a taxi service during your stay at a
