Peter and Kaye would like to offer you a
very warm welcome to One Three
Two bed and breakfast, here on the Costa
Blanca. We want you to enjoy your
guest house break with us and experience all the secret
treasures that attracted us to the Alicante
and Murcia area
originally. We are in an as yet
undiscovered part of Spain which we share
with neighbours from all over Europe.
One Three Two is a lovingly
restored finca with light airy rooms and
wide open spaces. All our guest rooms
in the house are fully air
conditioned and take advantage of superb
views over the valley towards Guardamar and
the mountains which overlook the Parque de
Montaña. The guesthouse itself is a
stunning design too, and is a one off
building, not seen anywhere else in this
part of Spain.
One Three Two guest house in
Albatera, benefits from a
large private swimming pool and two
sunbathing terraces, where you can spend the
day swimming and sunbathing or relaxing with
a drink in the evening as the sun sinks
slowly behind the mountains.
Outside living is a very large part of the
Spanish (and now ours too!) culture and we
enjoy entertaining on the terrace in the
evenings, with good food, good wine and good
friends. You would be very welcome to join
us for an evening meal or BBQ for a small
additional cost.
For the walking enthusiasts, here on the
Costa Blanca, there are walks
through the Albatera mountains which start right
outside our front gates, ranging from a ten
minute stroll to a full day tramping through
the mountains of the Orihuela, Crevillente
and other National Parks close by. Some of
our guests even take our two dogs Millie and
Albert with them for a run in the mornings.
We love Costa Blanca in Spain and hope you can
join us to share it too.
The house is a two storey building with
bedrooms and bathrooms on both the ground
and first floor. Outside is a large covered
terrace for al fresco dining with views over
the well tended gardens and the pool area.
BBQ´s are a regular feature for us, our
friends and neighbours!
We
offer Continental or English breakfast
included in the price and can provide
lunches, snacks and evening meals given a
days notice. Your room has coffee and tea
making facilities and additional soft
drinks, beers, wines and spirits are
available on request. |
